1. How to Cancel an Order

• Include your order number, full name, and reason for cancellation in your request.

2. Cancellation Timeframe

• Before Shipment: Orders can be canceled before they are processed for shipping. In case of prepaid order, if your order is canceled within this timeframe.

• After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may initiate a return after receiving the item (please refer to our Return Policy for details).

3. Orders We May Cancel

• The item is out of stock or unavailable.

• The shipping address provided is incomplete or invalid.
